First of all: none of my works is a stock unless I declare it's stock and i collect it in my Stock folders.
If you use my stock you must: -

You should not:

repost my stock anywhere or claim it as your own,

derivate any stock by my stock without my previous permission ( just ask by sending a note, please ),

use my stock for commercial purposes without my previous permission ( send a note, please: we might talk about it ).
You may:

use my stock as you like without asking any permission as long as you respect the complete list of my usage terms,

include your works made by using my stock in your DA prints,

show/post your works made by using my stock both on DA and off DA ( Flickr, personal blog, Facebook, MySpace, Koinup,... ) without asking any permission. Just remember to credit me wherever you can.
You don't really need to, but if you like you might:
- fav my stock if it was useful to you,
- send me a Llama badge if you really liked my stock, 
- watch my account if you find my stock useful or if you like my works, 
- donate DA points... Ok, ok... LOL
